Last updated: 31 July 2026 · Application: FalaBak · Package: com.rodinya.falabi
TESS TASARIM DANIŞMANLIK MEDYA İNŞAAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"), developer of FalaBak (the "App"), is committed to providing a safe and trustworthy experience for all of our users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. This document outlines the standards, policies and mechanisms we maintain to prevent, detect and respond to any such content or behaviour.
1. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
The creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, promotion, discussion or any other distribution of content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited in FalaBak. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photographs, videos, illustrations, AI-generated or synthetic content.
- Grooming, sexual extortion, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually solicit a minor.
- Sexualised content depicting minors, including suggestive text, role-play, or imagery.
- Trafficking of minors, or facilitating offline contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
Any account found to be involved in such activity is permanently removed from FalaBak and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement where required by law.
2. Minimum Age Requirement
FalaBak is intended for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, the account is terminated and any associated personal data is deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Every user of FalaBak can report abusive content or behaviour directly from within the app. Reports can be submitted through:
- The "Report" option available on user-generated content and chat messages.
- The "Contact Support" / "Help & Feedback" section inside the app settings.
- Email to our dedicated child-safety contact: [email protected].
Reports concerning suspected CSAE or CSAM are escalated to our trust & safety team immediately and reviewed on a priority basis.
4. Response to CSAM
Upon receiving a report or detecting CSAM, FalaBak will:
- Remove the offending content from the platform without delay.
- Permanently suspend the account(s) responsible and preserve relevant evidence.
- Report the incident to NCMEC (via the CyberTipline) and, where applicable, to local law enforcement agencies.
- Cooperate with legal and regulatory authorities in any subsequent investigation.
