Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the FalaBak mobile application and the falabak.online website. By downloading the app, creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

FalaBak is a mobile application that provides AI-supported content including coffee cup reading, tarot, palm reading, face reading, daily horoscopes, numerology, dream interpretation, prophecy tests and mini games.

2. Age Requirement

FalaBak is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are closed and the related data deleted. See Child Safety Standards for detail.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours.
• You must contact us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse free entitlements is not permitted.

4. Paid Services, Coins and Subscription

The app can be downloaded for free and offers a limited amount of free content each day. Beyond that, you may purchase in-app coins or subscribe to Premium.

• All purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and the rules of the relevant store apply.
• Coins are a virtual unit usable only inside the app; they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or assigned any real monetary value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

5. User Obligations

When using the app you agree not to:

• Act contrary to applicable law or the rights of third parties
• Upload someone else's photograph, identity document or personal data without permission
• Share obscene, violent, hateful or unlawful content
• Threaten the security of the app, reverse engineer it or attempt to access its source code
• Access the service using automated tools, bots or scripts
• Abuse free entitlements, promotions or reward mechanisms by fraudulent means
• Overload the service in a way that impairs use by others

6. User Content

You represent that the photographs and text you upload belong to you or that you are authorised to share them. You retain your rights in your content; however, you grant us a limited, time-bound permission to process it so that we can deliver the service you requested. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app — including the FalaBak name, logo, interface design, imagery, text and software — belong to FalaBak or its licensors. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or made the subject of derivative works without permission.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, technical faults or force majeure. We reserve the right to change, limit or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FalaBak is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on reading content. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may warn, temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts that breach these terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account; see Account & Data Deletion for the steps.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated. Significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights of users qualifying as consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under applicable legislation are reserved.
