Subscription & Refunds

This page explains the pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms for FalaBak Premium subscriptions and in-app coin purchases.

1. Free Use

FalaBak can be downloaded free of charge. Every user with an account can access a set number of free readings each day plus daily horoscopes. Free entitlements renew daily.

2. Premium Subscription

Beyond free use, a Premium subscription offers:

• Unlimited readings
• An ad-free experience
• Priority in the reading queue
• Premium-only content and features

Current plans, durations and prices are shown on the Premium screen inside the app and on the store purchase screen. Prices may vary by country and applicable taxes.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual unit used to purchase individual readings and features inside the app.

• Coins can only be used within the app.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or assigned any real monetary value.
• Coins earned through rewards, tasks and events are not refundable.
• If you delete your account, any unused coin balance is cancelled and not refunded.

4. Payment and Auto-Renewal

All purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to the payment method registered with your store account when you confirm the purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• For plans with a trial period, you move to the paid period if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
• Your card and payment details are processed by the store; they are not visible to or stored by FalaBak.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

On Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions, select FalaBak, then tap Cancel subscription.

On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, go to Subscriptions, select FalaBak, then tap Cancel Subscription.

After cancelling you keep Premium benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. The subscription then ends automatically.

6. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to the relevant store's refund policy, and refund requests are assessed by the store.

• Digital content already delivered and consumed (generated readings, spent coins) cannot be refunded.

If a technical fault prevented you from using something you paid for, write to [email protected] and we will review your case and support you with the store.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, intangible goods performed instantly in electronic form and delivered immediately to the consumer fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content delivered instantly with your approval (generated readings and spent coins). Your statutory rights in respect of services not yet performed are reserved.

8. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. Price changes affecting existing subscribers are notified through the app store and in the app before they take effect. If you do not accept the new price you may cancel your subscription.
