At FalaBak we care about the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the FalaBak mobile application, how it is used, who it is shared with and how it is protected.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Information You Provide
- Name, username and profile details
- Email address
- Date, time and place of birth (used for horoscope, numerology and astrology calculations)
- Optional profile fields such as gender and relationship status
- Photographs you upload for a reading (coffee cup, palm, face)
- Dream descriptions, reading questions and other content you share in the app
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Device information (operating system, device model, app version)
- App usage and interaction records
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country/city level)
- Device token used for push notifications
- Cookies and similar technologies
1.3. Photographs and Image Analysis
Photographs you upload for coffee, palm and face readings are processed through automated image analysis in order to generate your reading. For palm and face readings, measurements are taken of the lines on your palm and the features of your face.
Important: Analysis performed on face and palm images may qualify as sensitive personal data under applicable law. For this reason such photographs are processed only with your explicit consent, used solely to produce the reading you requested, and are never used for identity verification, biometric identification or advertising.

3. Sharing of Information
FalaBak does not sell user information to third parties. Information is shared only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers: Suppliers of hosting, database, push notification, payment and subscription management, and AI-based content generation services
- App stores: Google Play and the Apple App Store, for verifying purchases and subscriptions
- Legal obligations: Where required by competent public authorities under applicable law
- Explicit consent: Any other case where you have given explicit consent
Our service providers are contractually bound to process your data only within the scope of the service they provide to us and to comply with confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Security
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are applied to protect user data. Transfers take place over encrypted connections, access rights are restricted and passwords are stored irreversibly. That said, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and for as long as necessary for those purposes. When you delete your account, your data — other than records subject to a statutory retention obligation — is permanently deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
6. Your Rights
- Access your personal data and request information about it
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Withdraw your consent to processing
- Close your account

7. Children's Privacy
FalaBak is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, the account is closed and the related data is deleted without delay. See our Child Safety Standards for our full approach.
8. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party sites or services. FalaBak is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before using them.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email. Changes take effect when published; you can track the current version from the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
